No minimum purchase is required unless otherwise stated during promotions.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Valore London is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with the carrier.
However, Valore London is not responsible for carrier-related shipping delays once the order has been shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:
- The damaged item
- The shipping packaging
